Fila was heavily featured in this year's Wimbledon matches, sponsoring tennis stars Karolina Pliskova, Ashleigh Barty, Sofia Kenin, Kiki Bertens, and Timea Babos, who were all sporting new collections and collaborations for the brand.

Fila has a rich history of sponsorships at Wimbledon and in the tennis world in general; famously having sponsored tennis heavyweight Björn Borg.

Ashleigh Barty, the Wimbledon 2021 womens' champion, has a collection out with Fila inspired by Grand Slam champion and fellow Australian Evonne Goolagong Cawley, who won the womens' singles tournament at Wimbledon in 1971. The collection featured laser cuts and scalloped edges, inspired by the tennis outfits that Cawley wore herself.
